Terms of sale
The product
We sell personalised map prints, produced on demand from the design you create in our editor, and their digital PDF version. The editor preview faithfully reflects what gets printed: same framing, colors and text.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment platform; we never store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment completes.
Shipping and delivery
Each order is printed on demand and delivered within an indicative 3 to 7 working days depending on destination. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. The digital version is delivered by email after payment.
Withdrawal and returns
As personalised products made to your specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. This does not affect your right to receive your order in good condition: if it arrives damaged or with a printing defect, write to us with a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.
Designs and content
The design you create is yours. The cartography comes from OpenStreetMap and is used under its open licence, with the corresponding attribution.
