- How long does my order take?
- Every print is made on demand. Physical orders arrive in 3–7 working days depending on the destination; the digital PDF version is delivered by email within minutes of payment.
- What paper do you print on?
- 200 g art paper with a matte finish — the same kind of paper used for gallery prints. Frames are classic-style in black, white or natural wood.
- Which countries do you ship to?
- Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Can I see the map before buying?
- Always. The editor shows you the print exactly as it will be produced: same framing, same colors, same text. What you see is what you get.
- What if my town is tiny?
- No problem. We use OpenStreetMap's open cartography, which covers everything from capitals to hamlets. If it's on the map, we can print it.
- Can I return my order?
- Each print is made exclusively for you, so we only accept returns if it arrives damaged or with a printing defect. Write to us with a photo and we'll sort it out.
- Does the digital version have a watermark?
- No. You receive a high-resolution PDF, ready to print anywhere at the size you chose, with no marks or logos.
