What data we process and why
We process the data you give us when buying (name, shipping address, email and phone) to prepare and deliver your order, issue your invoice and help you if something goes wrong. If you join the newsletter, we use your email only to send you our news, and you can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself.
Who we share data with
We share only what is essential with those who make the service possible: our print lab receives your address to ship your order, the payment platform processes the charge without us ever seeing your card, and our email provider sends the confirmations. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order data for the periods required by tax and consumer law. Designs saved without a purchase may be removed after a reasonable time.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to its use or request portability by writing to bernatmv@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
